when we are on the ever popular AIM, Yahoo, or in just a regular email, we often use the phrase "lol" and it raises the question in my mind... do we really laugh out loud, or is it just a comfort phrase?
i was/am having a lovely conversation with my great friend, and we are talking n watching each other (that sounds creepy) via webcam. and no i really can see him laugh out loud. its great!
but when you use "lol" are u really laughing out loud? i have learned to look past it, just read over it, so i never kno if ur laughing at all... nor do i care...
like "lol" has become just like a spasm we type when things happen... or like when there is nothing else to be said... just lol falls out like finger vomit (i donno how that would work, but im trying to comapre it to "word vomit")....
just more useless thoughts for ur mind.... jjust watch when u use LOL and how do u use it....?
